TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. We assume you have already read and accept all the terms and conditions, when we accept order(s) from you.
2. Good(s) sold are not exchangeable or refundable.
3. Please ensure that you have enquired everything that you want to know regarding the item(s). Serious buyers only.
4. All prices are FIXED, unless otherwise stated.
5. Order(s) will be reserved for you upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT on first come first basis.
6. We reserve the rights to cancel order(s) if it is out of stock, full item price will be refunded.
7. Payment needs to be paid in full within 2 days period after order/confirmation. Otherwise, we reserve the right to release to other buyer.
8. Once bank in, no cancellation is allowed.

SKIN CARE SECTION
1. All prices are EXCLUSIVE of postal/shipping charges. Shipping cost to be borne by buyers.
2. We will gather all the orders and order on every Monday. You will receive your item(s) within 3 to 4 working days.

FASHION SECTION
1. Prices stated may be INCLUSIVE or EXCLUSIVE of postal/shipping charges. Please read carefully as it will be clearly stated.
a/ Price INCLUDEs shipping charge – The price stated is the NETT price, INCLUSIVE of Post Laju for delivery.
b/ Price EXCLUDEs shipping charge – The price stated does not include shipping charge. Shipping cost to be borne by buyers. Please refer to the Postage column for shipping cost quotation.
2. We regret to inform that we do not have real pictures for the clothes. Photos, sizes and measurements are provided by manufacturer.
3. PRE-ORDER will take 3-4 weeks for delivery. Please do NOT order if you cant wait. We will arrange delivery as soon as possible.

4. We do NOT accept return/refund for following cases:
a/ The material is too thick, transparent, quality not good, sewed/needled line not same, color not match, different from photo, size & measurement given not same, not comfortable while wearing on it.
b/ The smell of material. Please note that some material will carry the smell of the production, but mostly will be cleared after wash.
c/ Request to change to other item(s) after you've received the item(s).
d/ Item(s) that are not bought from us.
e/ Do not like the item.

5. Item(s) which bears the following conditions are exchangeable:
a/ The item has an obvious hole, or dirty stain that is not washable.
b/ The sizes for both sides of pant are not the same. For eg. The right and left sides of the pant are not equivalent, or the zip is broken.
6. Please check your item(s) clearly once you have received. In the event of any defect (as abide to the above terms and conditions), please kindly inform us within 5 days. We regret to inform that we will not be responsible should the period exceeds 5 days.
